• Billing information: Credit balance, usage ledger, and payment-order status; complete payment-card details are handled by the payment provider
• Usage data: Access times, page and feature events; privacy-minimized Google Analytics may be enabled in production, while Meta and Reddit advertising pixels are not loaded

We use collected information for:

• Authentication, unified identity, and account security
• AI fiction creation, editing, continuity review, and interactive narrative
• Long-term manuscript storage, version recovery, and export
• Central Wallet credit metering, payment reconciliation, and settlement
• Service reliability, product improvement, and de-identified usage analysis
• Fraud, replay, and abuse prevention

We promise: We will not use your text input content for AI model training, nor will we sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We only share your information in the following circumstances:

• AI service: Only the minimum context needed for the current generation or review is sent to the model provider, xAI
• Payment service: Stripe and other configured payment providers process payments and callbacks; we retain order, amount, and status data, not complete card numbers
• Platform services: A separate Identity service handles unified identity and a separate Wallet handles balances and ledger entries; Lingo manuscripts remain isolated from other product databases
• Narrative computation: The separate Narrative Engine retains input hashes, structured results, and usage for a short period by default, not raw manuscripts as long-term product data
• Traffic measurement: When configured in production, de-identified page and feature events may be sent to Google Analytics
• Legal requirements: Necessary disclosure when required by applicable law, a valid government request, or judicial process

We do not sell personal information, and Lingo does not share its manuscript database or session cookies directly with another product.

4. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Right of Access: View your account information and creative content at any time
• Right of Correction: Modify or update your personal profile
• Right of Deletion: Request deletion of your account and related data
• Right to Refuse: Request to stop data sharing ("Do Not Sell or Share")
• Data Export: Request a copy of your personal data

Lingo does not share its session cookie with another product. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies prevents sign-in and related features from working.
