Lingorai (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an AI-driven novel writing assistance platform. By using this service, you agree to comply with all provisions of these terms.
2. User Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Account Registration & Age Declaration
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts, or have explicit consent from a legal guardian.
- Mature features and sexually explicit fictional content are available only to adults who meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- A valid email address must be provided during registration.
- One email can only register one account.
- You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service.
- Account sharing or transfer is prohibited.
- Automated batch account registration is prohibited.

- Lingorai supports broad fictional themes, including mature themes and consensual adult sexual content for adult users.
- Sexual content involving minors, content that facilitates real-world wrongdoing, unlawful content, and invented defamatory claims about real people are prohibited.
- As a creator, you remain responsible for reviewing, editing, storing, sharing, publishing, and commercially distributing your work in accordance with applicable law and third-party platform rules.
- If the platform receives a legally binding government or judicial request, we may cooperate as required by law.
3.3 Intellectual Property
- You retain intellectual property rights to your original input content
- AI-generated content belongs to you
- The platform's software, interface, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to us
- Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting platform technology is prohibited

- You can set story outlines, character settings, style preferences, and other parameters to guide generation
- All generated content is fictional and does not represent any real events or persons
- Generated content is created by AI in real-time; each generation consumes AI credits
- Creation history is saved in your account; you can manage or delete it at any time
4.2 AI Credit Consumption
- AI generation requires available credits
- Consumption is calculated from actual model input and output usage
- Credits settled for completed AI work are non-refundable
5. AI Credits & Billing
5.1 AI Credit System
- Using AI generation features requires AI credits
- Consumption is based on actual model usage
- You can purchase credit packages through the platform
- Purchased credits have no expiration date
5.2 Refund Policy
- AI credits already settled for completed work cannot be refunded
- Under special circumstances, you may contact customer service for assistance
6. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. In cases of terms violations, we may restrict or terminate your account.

8. Governing Law
